Barrel-Aged Wine Infused Roast Chicken

Edmonton Group Sex

This recipe makes a dish that is both elegant and tasty by combining the rich flavors of barrel-aged wine with juicy roast chicken. The depth of the wine adds a subtle complexity to the meat, taking a simple roast chicken to a whole new level.

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole chicken about 4-5 lbs
  • 2 cups barrel-aged wine red or white, your preference
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C

Put minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl

Add barrel-aged wine

Put the whole chicken in a big ziplock bag and pour the wine mixture over it

Put the bag closed and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight

Take the chicken out of the marinade and throw away the extra marinade

Add more salt and pepper to taste after rubbing the chicken with olive oil

Place the chicken in a roasting pan and roast it in an oven that has already been heated for about an hour and thirty minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165F 74C inside

After the chicken is done, take it out of the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes

Finally, cut it into pieces

Enjoy the roast chicken that has been wine-aged in a barrel with your favorite sides
