Basil Lime Marinated Mozzarella
This recipe features fresh mozzarella marinated in a vibrant mixture of basil, lime, and olive oil. Its a delightful keto-friendly appetizer or snack bursting with flavor.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, chopped basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl
Add the fresh mozzarella balls to the sauce and gently mix them in
