Black Bean Salad with Corn, Red Peppers, Avocado, and Lime Cilantro Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
- 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Put the corn, red bell pepper, avocado, cilantro, and black beans in a large bowl
Take a small bowl and mix the garlic, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper together with a whisk
Add the vinaigrette to the salad and gently toss to mix
